Please be advised as follows: DOCUMENTATION: The following documentation was provided by the client for this analysis: • Structural analysis prepared by T-Squared Site Services, LLC., dated August 22, 2019 • Construction documents prepared by T-Squared Site Services, LLC., dated August 26, 2019 • RFDS prepared by T-Mobile, dated January 20, 2021 DESIGN CRITERIA: See attached criteria sheet and calculations for full design criteria. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Existing equipment and feedlines @ 137’-1”, 134’-8”, & 132’-2” to remain. (3) Sports lighting arrays with (4) lights EA. (Assumed Max EPA per light = 3.0 ft2 - verify) (1) Light Pole Platform by others (Max front EPA = 14.0 ft2, side EPA = 8.0 ft2, weight = 200 lbs) Existing equipment and feedlines @ 114’-6” will be removed. Proposed maximum loading @ 113’-0” A.G.L., divided evenly among three sectors: (3) 95.9x24.0x8.5, 144 lb Panel Antenna (3) 59.3x12.9x8.7, 135 lb Panel Antenna (3) 33.1x20.6x8.6, 104 lb Panel Antenna (3) 18.0x13.2x9.4, 70 lb RRU (6) 16.5x13.5x6.3, 48 lb RRU (3) T-arms by others (Max front EPA = 12.1 ft2, side EPA = 9.2 ft2, weight = 633 lbs) (4) 6x24 Hybrid Cables (1) PSU 4813 Note: It is assumed that all cables/feedlines are, or will be, routed inside the pole shaft. A representative from Vector has not visited the site. The analysis and conclusions above are based on the assumption that the structure and its foundation were properly designed and constructed. Vector Structural Engineering makes no claim as to the correctness of the original design or current condition of the structure. The structure is assumed to be in good condition, free of damage or deterioration. The contractor or owner shall notify Vector Structural Engineering immediately of any damage, deterioration, or discrepancies between the as-built condition of the existing structure and the assumed condition described in this report.
