The said parcel is located at 1050 N 2nd E in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Legal Description: We, ME & 3C LLC, own the property as described below: Commencing at the west quarter corner of Section 17, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho and running thence along the west section line N. 00 °11' 17" E. 190.45 feet to the south west boundary corner of Rexburg Business Park Phase I, thence S. 89°41'41" E. 482.96 feet along the south boundary of said Rexburg Business Pa rk Phase I to the centerline of a berm; thence S. 02°41'39" W. 387.88 feet along the centerline of said berm; thence S. 89°59'25" W. 465.99 feet to the west section line o f said section 17; thence N. 00°11’06" E. 199.66 feet along said section line to the point of beginning.
