This is a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
A Full Certificate of Occupancy will be issued
upon completion of the following items:
Special Conditions
1.A stamped set of Civil Drawings need to be submitted.
2. Fill behind curb needs to be to the top of curb and street.
3. Drainage was changed from drawing. Need storm drainage
calculations for storage.
4. Must label the electrical panels, must cover the NM-B cabling in
the mechanical upper level, suspended ceiling not installed in
two of the rooms-no permanent lights installed.
5. Fire Extinguishers, Address, building, room numbers
6. Bathroom stalls in women's restroom needs to be completed
7. Permanant door signs
8. West portion of the building is not included in this Temp Co
All items to be completed by July 1, 2021
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies
that, at the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed
was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and
the use for which the proposed occupancy was classified.
