Broadway, Suite 1250 Salt Lake City, UT 84111 RE: Cambridge Court Apartments 419 West Main Street Rexburg, ID 83440 Ladies and Gentlemen: This letter is to verify that the Apartments located at the above addresses are zoned HDR2 or High Density Residential 2. HDR2 is a multi family zone and this parcel conforms to the density requirements for the property. Parking compliance for the use of the various buildings is currently in conformance. The parking is in compliance with the Planning and Zoning Ordinance #725. Setbacks on the buildings are conforming. The property is not in a special, restrictive, or overlay zone. The apartments are not part of a PUD. There are no special exceptions on the property to our knowledge. As of the date of this letter, the premises and the improvements thereon are not in violation of the aforesaid building and zoning laws, rules, and regulations.
