NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Bearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, May 20, 2004, at 7:30 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for dormitory style housing for girls housing. The location is
zoned as Medium Density Residential (MDR).
The said property is located at 725 South 5°i West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
Part of NW Y4 NW 'i4 of Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison
County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: Running south 00°01'31" east along the
west line of Section 31, from the Northwest corner thereof, a distance of 165.00 feet to the true
point of beginning; and running thence south 89°02'52" east 117.50 feet; thence south 00°12'40"
west 117.00 teet; thence south 89°58'28" west 117 feet to the west line of Section 31; thence
north 00°01'31" west along said west line 119.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m_ on May 19, 2004.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
