1. The Meadows development has a blanket easement for all utilities.
DESCRIPTION OF COM ELEMENTS:
1. The condominium property which is not included with the units.
2. Easements through the units for utility services to the units and
common areas.
3. Property and installations required to provide utility and other services to
more than one unit or to the common elements.
4. Structural support easements in any portion of a unit contributing to

DESCRIPTION OF LIMITED CO MMON ELEMENTS:
Those portions of the common property as follows:
1. The porch area in front of the entrance to each unit as shown in the
typical floor plan. These areas shall be an appurtencance for the exclusive
use of the adjoining unit only.
BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION
Beginning at a point that is N89 °48'30" E, 1318.60 feet and S00° 19'03" E,
1671.04 feet from the West Quarter corner of Section 25, Township 6 North
Range 39 East of the Boise Meridian, Madison County Idaho and running thence
N78 °00'00" E, 164.63 feet; thence S78 °00'00" E, 169.72 feet to the West right of
way of Highway 20 which is also a point of a curve with a radius of 20102.05
feet and a chord that bears SO4 °19'44 "W, 969.71 feet; thence to the right
along said curve 969.80 feet thru a central angle of 02 °45'51 "; thence
S89 °47'54 "W, 248.49 feet; thence N00 °19'03 "W, 968.89 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 6.61 acres.
