this case.
Utility Easment distance needs to be
dimensioned.
The current owner as shown on the county
assessement role is the "Hibbard Family LMT
PRT". not the "Futures of Idaho" listed in the
owner's certificate. A deed transfering
ownership will need to be recorded before the
plat is recored if the owner's certificate is
correct.
