Please annotate distances along the subdivision boundary which faces Pioneer Road. We are having trouble locating the centerline of Grandview Lane. Flood plain statement ? A boundary description of Westates Subdivision, Block 2, Lots 1 & 2 would suffice in this case. Utility Easment distance needs to be dimensioned. The current owner as shown on the county assessement role is the "Hibbard Family LMT PRT". not the "Futures of Idaho" listed in the owner's certificate.
