the East Right-of-Way of Stonebridge Street, thence leaving said Parcel 1 boundary along said East Right-of-
Way N00°01'27"E 236.97 feet to the Northeast Corner of Centennial Townhomes Division No. 1 having Inst.
No. 423222 at said Madison County Recorder's Office, said Northeast Corner also being at the boundary of
said Record of Survey by Dyer Group, LLC., thence along said boundary the following three (3) courses; (1)
