Public Hearing: April 1, 2021 at 6:35 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning
Commission at 35 N 1"E, Rexburg,Madison County, Idaho (#2100084) to extend zoning of
Community Business Center (CBC) and Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2) zones at
approximately 20 S 12`''W along with parcel numbers RPR6N39E260006 and RPR6N39E260007 in
the City of Rexburg,Madison County,Idaho.
Legal Description:
MDR2 Zoning:
Beginning at a point that is S.00022'04"E. along the Section line 728.50 feet and S.89038'09"W. 880.35
feet from the Northeast Corner of Section 26, Township 6 North, Range 39 East of the Boise
Meridian; running thence S.89038'09"W. 731.65 feet; thence N.00022'04"W. 323.50 feet; thence
N.89038'09"E. 10.00 feet; thence N.00022'04"W. 405.00 feet to the North line of said Section 26;
thence N.89038'09"E. along said North line 125.68 feet;thence S.00055'39"E. 56.06 feet to the South
Right-of-Way line of Highway 33; thence N.89024'50"E. along said South Right-of-Way line 595.43
feet;thence S.00022'05"E. 674.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 11.392 acres
CBC Zoning:
Beginning at a point that is S.00022'04"E. along the Section line 65.42 feet from the Northeast
Corner of Section 26,Township 6 North,Range 39 East of the Boise Meridian;running thence
S.00022'04"E. along said Section line 663.08 feet;thence S.89038'09"W. 880.35 feet;thence
N.00022'04"W. 674.75 feet to the South Right-of-Way line of Highway 33; thence Easterly along
said South Right-of-Way line the following five (5) courses: (1) thence N.89024'50"E. 239.80 feet;
(2) thence S.00022'01"E. 8.90 feet; (3) thence N.89004'21"E. 602.23 feet; (4) thence S.00022'01"E.

At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on March 31,2021. This notice is given pursuant to the
provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code,and all amendments thereof.
