That protion of 7th south to be constructed adjacent to this development is to be constructed on the north half or the right-of-way and to the typical section required by the engineering department. 2. The subdivision needs to be extended to the west side of Mill Hollow and the right-of-way for Mill Hollow dedicated to the city of Rexburg. 3. The sewer lines shown on the Plat go to no where. A solution to the wastewater collection needs to be developed. 4. The water line on 7th south needs to be 12 inch. 5. A water valve will be required at the north end of Twin Canyon Road. 6. The Right-of-way shown for Twin Canyon Road is set at 68 feet. This road is designated as a residential collector and requires a 78 Poor right-of-way. 7. Twin Canyou Road is actually the extension of Hidden Valley Road and should be called this. 8. The typical section shows a 4:1 side slope at the edge of the section. This slope does not conform to our typical section is is too steep and will not provide adequate protection for the curbing. This should be changed to a 4% slope for the first four feet.
