Public Works Review 1. Curb, gutter and sidewalk will be required
along 2nd east.
2. How will the off-site sewer line be located?
3. The proposed private road on the north end
connects at a bad angle onto 2nd east. This
will be a hazand. The road must connect at a
near right angle.
4. No utility easements are shown. There are
several existing utilities on the site and
additional utilities will be required for power, etc.
5. How will the area along 2nd east be
maintained. Will this area be landscaped and
who will maintain the roadside area?
6. The east end of the private road needs to
end in a cul -du -sac or provide an area for
turning of fire and garbage trucks.
