The lots along Sunny Lane will not have adequate water pressure. An analysis of water pressures in the upper area of this development neets to be completed. 2. The slope on Wildflower appears to be approximately 11% near the Cul -du -sac. This is in excess or our allowed 7%. 3. There will be approximately 8 feet of cross slope on Silverwood. We will need to see more detail on how the street will be constructed in this area. 4. With the slope of the lots on the low side of the streets exceeding 8 feet in some areas, how will these lots be served for sewer? Will each home have to have a sewer pump? 5. More detail is required on how storm water will be handled. 6. What will be the intended use of Lot 21 Block 2? 7. How will off site water and sewer lines be extended to this property? 8. Because of the marginal pressure at this altitude will a 6 inch water line allow for the minimum flows and pressures for a fire condition? 9. There is no name shown for the Cul -du -sac off from Wildflower Drive, 10. Some of the lots will be difficult to build on. Some lots have over 30 feet of slope from the front to the rear of the lot. 11. There is a possible sight distance problem where Sunny Lane connects to Pole Line. This will need to have an engineering study done by the consultant. 12. The minimum right of way for Pole Line is 34 feet and more may be required depending on the classificaation of the road.
