Item 1: The curve shown at the junction of
Targhee Dr. and Grand Avenue is a curve that
deviates from the standard practice. The
differing radius from the center line and the
outer line of the curve creates for a strange
lines.
Item 2: The curve at the junction of Alaska
Avenue and Tasmon Dr. also is a non standard
curve and creates a difficult plowing condition
with the outer radius. The curves as presently
laid out have a center radius varying between
54 ft. and 84.65 ft. The subdivision ordinance
requires a minimum radius for the street center
line of 125 ft.
Item 3: Verify with Craig Rindlisbacher that the
vacation of the street going East from Grand
Avenue has been properly vacated. A
reference to the vacation process or deed
should be included on the plat.
Item 4: The property owner and sub divider
needs to get a release from the canal company
adjacent to the North side of the is property
verifying that he has provided access to the
canal as required by the state law.
