Applicant is requesting a land use map designation change from Low Density Residential to Neighborhood
Commercial/Mixed Use.
Items to consider
1) Applicant has requested changing three existing parcels from Low Density Residential to Neighborhood
Commercial/Mixed Use. City Staff requests that rather than create individual islands on the Preferred
Land Use Map, larger areas should be identified. Staff requests that all of the block facing 2"a East be
considered for change.
2) Area of subject property is approximately 6.6 acres.
