The estimated monthly average sewer usage will be approximately 591 QDD gallons. Pretreatment will not be necessary. 3. What is the estimated daily traffic to be generated? Will the traffic be primarily private vehicles or commercial trucks? Daily traffic will be primarily private vehicles. The project will be designed in accordance with PEZ requirements to promote pedestrian usage, including 10' walkways and bicycle racks to minimize vehicle traffic.flow v x, 200 vehicle trine are estimated. 4. Applicant has met with the City of Rexburg Public Works Director and designed installation of an adequate amount of dumpsters in locations requested by the Publlc Works Director. 10. What is the type of noise that will be generated by the use? What are the hours of noise generation? No additional ambient noise will be produced, _ 11. What type of equipment will be used in the conduct of the business? N/A 12. What are the surrounding land uses? Has buffering been provided as required by the ordinance? Existing BYU-Idaho student housing and BYU-Idaho property. The property wilt t, buffered in accordance with zoning regulations. 13. Are any air quality permits required? The property is located at the intersection of collector street 7th South and arterial street 2nd West.
