1. The request is for an additional building lot to
be plated on the north part of the existing
parking lot. 2. The existing development has a
few items that could be improved.
3. The dumpster location to the south is
against the right-of-way and would be better if it
were in another location.
4. Both dumpsters need to be screened.
5. The land on the south end of the building is
in weeds and gravel. It should be landscaped.
