NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, February 02, 2006, at 7:05 p.m., in
the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
zone change from RRI (Rural Residential 1) to Low Density Residential (LDR2).
The said property described as Parcel 1 and Parcel 3 is located at 1139 East 9t' North in the
Impact Area of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1
The East 70 rods of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 6
North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, in Madison County, Idaho.

Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of

running thence South 80 Rods; thence East 90 Rods; thence North 80 Rods; thence West 90
Rods to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at the Northwest comer of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian,
Madison County, Idaho, and running thence East 810 feet; thence South 270 feet; thence West
810 feet; thence North 270 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at a point that is 270.00 feet South
00°00'00" West of the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, and

At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on February 01, 2006.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
