Titan Development is canceling its cOM[act with Vema and Paul Muir, We have
determined that the flood zone is too big of a0 obstacle to overcome for the area. The
fust time we hoard about the property being in the flood zone was at the city meeting
with Rexburg. There ere too many negatives for doing a project in tie flood zone,
