Closed out all of the COVID-19 approved projects for calendar year 2020. Also received full amount of grant from
federal government through the State for a total of $2,310,000. Was able to reduce what we will be required to

dip into reserve by $730,700 in Fiscal Year 2021 because of the COVID-19 Grants. Had to show the reduction in
property tax revenue that was being replaced by this grant through the Governors Public Safety Initiative that provided
