Public Works Review 1. What is the proposed development, width,
paving section, etc. along Pioneer Road.
2. What will be the final ownership of the area
where the canal is located.
3. Has the canal company reviewed the plans
for adequate clearance for cleaning and
maintenance of the canal.
4. The water line on Johnson Avenue does not
need to be 12 inch.
5. How are lots 4,5 and 6 of block 8 being
sewered?
6. Fire hydrant locations are not shown.
7. The storm water plan does not clearly show
where the system is to be constructed and
where the storm water will go. Only two catch
basins are shown.
8. A development agreement needs to be
prepared and executed prior to the final plat
being executed.
9. 1 have no problem with the approval of the
preliminary plat. The items listed will be subject
to review and approval of the engineering plans.

Applicant needs to provide an executed development agreement to the planning office to
demonstrate the installation of the bridge over the canal on the south subdivision border
for transportation continuity. It was communicated to the planning and zoning that the
bridge would be installed as part of this last phase. It does not appear that this is being
addressed.
