NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE ZONING
MAP FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: March 4, 2021 at 6:35 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning

Commission at 35 N 1 E, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho (#20 00928) to rezone approximately
st
165 and 191 North 1 West from Light Industrial (LI) to High Density Residential 1 (HDR1) zone
in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
Legal Description:

165 N 1 W
The south half of the north half of Lot One (1), Block Twenty-four (24) Rexburg Original Townsite,
in the City of Rexburg, County of Madison, State of Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, less
therefrom the railroad right-of-way.

191 N 1 W
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 24 of the Original Rexburg Townsite, in the
City of Rexburg, in Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence
west 105 feet; thence south 82.5 feet; thence east 105 feet; thence north 82.5 feet to the point of
beginning.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on March 3, 2021. This notice is given pursuant to the
provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
