HomeMy WebLinkAboutCOVENANT AMENDMENT - 08-00145 - Riverwoods Townhomes PH3 - Final PlatFIRST AMENDMENT To DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR THE RIVERWOOD TOWNHOMES WITH BYLAWS FOR THE RIVERWOOD TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION For RIVERWOOD TOWNHOMES DIVISION NO.2 Pursuant to Sections 1.2 and 8.1 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Riverwood Townhomes with Bylaws for the Riverwood Townhomes Homeowners' Association ("Declaration") recorded on or about January 28, 2005 as instrument Number 317405, Madison County Recorder's Office, Declarant hereby amends the Declaration to add Townhouse parcels as follows: 1. Exhibit A of the Declarant is amended to include all Townhouse parcels in Riverwood Townhomes Division Number 2. 2. The legal description of the Real Property on which Riverwood Townhomes Division Number 2 is located is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. 3. The plat of Riverwood Townhomes Division Number 2 is attached hereto as Exhibit 2. 4. The terms set forth in the Declaration shall apply to those Townhouse parcels which comprise Riverwood Townhomes Division Number 2. 5. The owners of the Townhouse parcels which comprise Riverwood Townhomes Division Number 2 shall be members of the Association, as defined in the Declaration, and pursuant to the terms set forth therein.
