The plat shows 5 foot wide sidewalks, not 6 feet as needed for areas of parking spaces in lieu of wheel stops. Approved Site Plan All trash receptacles must be visually screened from the Right of Way. Approved Site Plan What irrigation system is planned for the landscaping? Approved Site Plan The master plan should link common elements together, i.e. sidewalks and visual corridors. Approved Site Plan Design Standards have not been approved.
