Public Works Review 1. The easement for the existing sewer line
must be include on the final plat.
2. The hydrant lead lines are too long. The
water meters to the units should be taken off
the outsided end of the lead lines to eliminate
the collection of stagnant water in the lines.
3. How will the edge of the asphalt surfacing
be protected? Will there be curb and gutter?
4. Will the area along the outside boundaries
