2) If the City's historic grid pattern is adhered to,
the street named Platinum Road should be
renamed to "E 8th North."

The subdivsion is for a business park. The
easter 210 feet of the property is in residential
zoning. The preliminary plat needs to show
designated areas with existing zoning
classification and status of zoning change if
any.
Plat needs to state if the proposed road is
requested to be private or public.
Lot and Block numbers should be shown.
