THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY SHOWN ON THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
6.NOTIFY ENGINEER OF ANY DISCREPANCIES IN DESIGN OR STAKING BEFORE PLACING CONCRETE OR ASPHALT.
7.THE CONTRACTOR IS TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE ALL EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS, UTILITIES, AND SIGNS, ETC.
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THESE PLANS.
8.ALL SIDEWALKS ARE TO BE INSTALLED PER ISPWC SECTION 700 AND STANDARD DRAWING SD-709. IF
SIDEWALKS ARE WITHIN CITY OF REXBURG RIGHT OF WAY STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARD
DRAWINGS SHALL BE UTILIZED. SIMILARLY IF ANY ROADWAYS ARE WITHIN THE CITY OR STATE RIGHT OF WAY
THEIR RESPECTIVE SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS SHALL BE USED.
