Buffering/landscaping requirements REVISIONSThe northeast corner landscape strip by Ricks
Ave. shows a 9.0' width. The minimum
landscape width required for parking lot
screening to a public way is 10 feet. (copied
from previous site plan revew)
*Revisions Response :
Fencing/screening (HVAC equipment, dumpsters,
parking, etc)
Site Plan (C1.1) shows new fence on the east
side of the property. Any fence within 15 feet of
the right of way shall be 50% see through or no
greater than 3 feet high.

Trash dumpster shown and screened & for
right-hand truck
Gate details are not clear if it allows doors to
open 180 degrees for side pick up.

up
