Recommendation is to motion to pass this budget adjustment and continue to fundraise and then we can make this transfer from general fund at end of project or year-end for whatever the shortfall is, not to exceed the motioned amount. This will give us the budget to continue making the final purchases to complete the project and time to continue to fundraise. Parks Final Projected Budget Adjustment to Complete Baseball/Softball Quad Complex in Fiscal Year 2021. This would not leave money to do the sound system or scoreboards, which we believe can be paid for through donations. Request is to pay cost overruns from the General Fund. Funding is $330,000 from General Fund from fund balance carryover, $17,200 from Rocky Mountain
