You should not pass the mask mandate. If people choose to wear masks, then that is their right to choose. But it is not the job of government to make choices for adults. The people of
rexburg have all the information they need to make informed decisions. If you pass this mandate, you will only create resentment within the city. Our nation is already very divided
and we don’t need to bring the division here.
