I attended the virtual meeting last night and have to say that I was quite surprised that many of you seemed to have been surprised by the addition of an agenda item to include Ordinance
No 1243. Also, I am intrigued at the wording on the Agenda that states "Establishing Standards for Face Coverings in Public Places With a recommendation to Suspend the Rules and Consider
it Third Read".
As some of you did seem to be genuinely taken by surprise, I am curious how this happens? Please provide the name of anyone involved in getting this item on the agenda, and please provide
the names of the individuals that recommended to Suspend the Rules and Consider it Third Read.
Further, please provide the exact time and methodology that was used to provide the required Public Notice as per Title 74 Chapter 2.
