Administrative Review
* Rod will provide electrician signature and estimate.
* A 1" water meter is required
Building Department Review
* See attached power riser diagram
* See attached structural calculations
* See attached energy computations
Public Works Review
* Sidewalk has been modified to be 7 ft off curb and gutter at east and west property
lines.
Planning Department Review
* See revised Site Plan for bench and flag pole.
* See attached floor plan. The south elevation has a T-4" recess that is longer than 8'-0".
* All exterior colors are to be earth tones.
* Main Street is NOT considered a front yard. I appeared before Planning and Zoning
over two years ago to discuss this matter. Steve Zollinger determined since there is no
access to Main Street that no front yard was required. All those lots were granted a
0'-0" set back on the Main Street side.
* There are no exterior light poles. All lighting is on the building at the exits as required
by the electrical code.
* 16 stalls are provided.
* There is no dumpster.
