HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOTICE 4.17.2003 - 03-00041 - Hyde Park - Three 4-Plex Buildings #5, 6 & 7NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, April 17, 2003, at 7:05 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a Planned Residential Development (PRD) for 40 lots. The said property is located at the SE corner of the intersection of 7' South and 5`h West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point that is N. 89°4553" E. 169.00 feet from the Northwest Corner of Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho; and running thence S. 00°49'27" W. 167.73 feet; thence N. 89018'06" W. 48.30 feet; thence S. 00°02'26" E. 117.00 feet; thence S. 89043'22" W. 117.00 feet; thence S. 00°16'38" E. 392.50 feet; thence N. 89°46'03" E. 701.49 feet; thence N. 00°09'42" E. 676.55 feet; thence S. 89°4553" W. 537.67 feet to the point of beginning, containing 9.98 acres. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on April 16, 2003.
