NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of
the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday May 21, 2003, at 7:45 p.m., in the City Council
Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a Conditional Use
Permit for a Planned Residential Development (PRD) for 39 lots.
The said property is located at the SE corner of the intersection of 7t" South and 5t' West in
Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is N. 89G45'53" E. 169.00 feet from the Northwest
Corner of Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian,
Madison County, Idaho; and running thence S. 0049'27" W. 167.73 feet; thence
N. 8918'06" W. 48.30 feet; thence S. 0002'26" E. 117.00 feet; thence
S. 8943'22" W. 117.00 feet; thence S. 0016'38" E. 392.50 feet; thence N. 8946'03"
E. 701.49 feet; thence N. 0009'42" E. 676.55 feet; thence S. 8945'53" W. 537.67 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 9.98 acres.
At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations
relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City
Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on May 20, 2003.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.

I am the business manager of the STANDARD JOURNAL,
a 3 times a week newspaper published 3 times a week in
Madison and Fremont Counties, Idaho; and I do solemnly
swear that the Public Hearing - 7th South and 5th West, a
copy of which notice appears attached hereto, was
published in the regular and entire issue of said newspaper,
and not in any supplement issue, once each week thereof
