NOTES
1. Lots 1-4 were located in the field using the four building corners. Carports are
attached to the southeast side of this building and sold lots include these individual
.carports. The exterior lot lines surrounding the building run along the eave drip line and
the extensions thereof on the northeast and southwest sides of the building to include
the carports. The southeast sides of said lots run along the eave drip line and the
center of a valley gutter. The interior lines dividing said lots run through the interior
gap in the party wails, and on the projectionsthereof to divide the carports. Eave
overhang and interior party—well locations are based on architectural plans provided by
the owner. Small ,differences between mathematical and as—constructed locations may
exist, so as—constructed. unit & building locations shall monument lot lines on—site-

encumbrances of record could exist, but are not shown on this plat
3. Property comer monuments shown were found- to be within approximately 0.10' of
