1/27/20: Sandra met with Noah about mailbox which is in front of neighbor's house and removing sidewalk bumpout addition costs from LID.
1/27/20: Met with Brett at property to discuss estimate and reasons for work.
1/27/20 Noah talked to Corde for 1 ½ hours going over LID process, what is an LID, ADA Compliance, proposed work on his property, and finance options. 1/29/2020 Noah talked to Corde
for two hours. Concerns about the proposed work on City trust lands were presented. He requested the specifications for the whole project. It was explained that the specifications for
the project will be available when the engineers are ready to request bids for this project. There was a request for the City ordinance that dictates how much the City will reimburse
for sidewalk, curb & gutter. There was a request for the City ordinance that dictates the liability of the repairs of sidewalk falls on the adjacent property owner. Corde provided his
email address and the ordinances and resolutions were send.
2/3/20: Notice of Intent to Create letter was return to sender. Park St. is removed from LID 49 thus, no further notice is needed.
1/29/2020 Noah talked to Charlie for two hours. Concerns about the proposed work on City trust lands were presented, the specification for the whole project will be available when the

that were indirectly related to the LID. Additional traffic caused by the Toddler Park causes additional wear on Park St.
1/22/20: Met with Noah about existing SW which was recently poured but does not meet ADA standards.
1/29/20: Called Eric and asked about quantity calculations and cost, city participation rates, mailbox bumpout.
1/30/20: Property owner is for LID 49 and is happy that the City is going to repair the street of his rental property.
1/22/20: Met with Eric regarding new SW section. Claimed previous mayor had said City would install C&G and SW; City installed C&G but not SW, did not charge. Also had question regarding
selling property prior to LID taking place. Also mentioned redoing whole driveway. Brett to follow up. 1/24/20: Brett responded to previous concerns. 1/29/20: Brett confirmed with Karen
that Hoggans would be responsible for the new SW adjoining Seagull.

Curb & Gutter not bad enough to warrant removal of one reinforced section. Removed from LID
1/28/2020: Finance Dept was informed that this property changed ownership. Noah emailed the notice of creation hearing and all other documents to sephlindaric@icloud.com. 2/4/20 Matt
met with Sephlin. She indicated that they plan to do their own sidewalk on the property located at 150 N 2nd West (LID 4901-0038). They are also going to add the missing sidewalk along
the west side of 2nd West with their own contractor and will bring the bills in when the work is completed to finance on the LID. 7/10/2020: Depatco was not notified that Sephlin plans
on removing and doing their own sidewalk improvement and began removing sidewalk. Sephlin notified Noah and relayed the information to Brett, Kyle (Brandy's husband & an employee at
Depatco), and had Depatco put up causion cones around the removed sidewalk until Sephlin could repair the sidewalk. Per Brett, Curb & Gutter not bad enough to warrant removal of one
reinforced section. Removed from LID

7/20/2020: Estimate changed from $5,616.17 to $7,561.24 due to the need to pull additional pieces of curb and sidewalk for ADA concerns. Initial estimate included 38 SY of regular SW,
23 SY of reinforced SW, 10 LF of regular C&G, and 10 LF of reinforced C&G. New estimate inlcueds 62 SY of regular SW, 17 SY of reinforced SW, 16 LF of regular C&G, and 30 LF of reinforced
C&G. Called contact at (208)522-5391 and left voicemail regarding changes. 7/21/2020: emailed Dianne Hunt, Syringa Property Management President, amoritization schedule for payments
and annual assessment. Additional work for Concrete around telephone pole & curb and gutter for ADA. Subtracted 5x7 sidewalk damaged by sanitation truck.
