HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOTICE 9.5.2002 - Valley Wide COOP - 12th W & Hwy 33 - AnnexationNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, September 05, 2002, at 7:10 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding annexation and a zone change from Madison County zoning to Rexburg zoning. These properties are located on 7`s South, 12t" West, West Highway 33, and Airport Road in Rexburg City Area of Impact, Madison County, Idaho, and is described as follows: Parcel #1 - Lamoreaux Annexation including US 20 - (990 West 7" South) Proposed Rexburg City Zone - Medium Density Residential (MDR) Commencing at the Northwest corner of the S1/2NE1/4SW1/4 of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho; and running thence South 1716 feet; thence N89d4T53"East 218.02 feet' thence S0560'04" West 265.31 feet to the South Section line of said Section 25; thence East along said Section Line 314.78 feet more or less to the East right -of way line on Federal Highway 20 (State Highway Project F6471(41); thence northerly following the East Right -of way of said Highway along a non -tangent curve concave to the West, with a radius of 20,342.05 feet, a Chord Bearing of NO3d22'01"E and a Chord Length of 1985.03, along said curve 1985.81 feet; thence S89d47'28"W 624 feet more of less to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on September 4, 2002.
