In regards to the up coming vote for a " Mask Mandate" and health ordinance. I cannot believe that I would
need to write and remind you of the oath you took to uphold the Idaho Constitution and the United States
Constitution. Both guarantee one thing that the role of government is to protect individuals rights not restrict
them period. No city Mayor or council should ever put forth a proposal as unconstitutional as this. Did you get
this from Nazi Germany. You're power to govern is vested in you from the people to Number one protect rights
not limit by means of unlawful ordinance. This is an act of communism and all that support it should be hung
for treason. To put an ordinance out that forces business to become compliance officers or face shut down is
nothing more than an act of dictatorship and should be treated as such. This line of thinking and form of
government has no place in Rexburg, Idaho or the U.S.A. I will remind you that it's not your job to by means of
law regulate my health. Your proposed ordinance references comply,compliance multiple times just like a
Marxist nation would. This cannot nor will not be tolerated. It's time to do your jobs uphold the Constitution
and the oath that you swore before God and the people of Rexburg.
