TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Upon review of the site plan drawings submitted the following items need to be
addressed:
1. Fire lanes shall be posted "No Parking Fire Lane" in addition to having the curb
painted red and maintained.
2. To better utilize access to adjacent properties (namely to the east and possibly to
the south east) could the parking lot be configured to reflect future access points?
3. Plans do not show any existing or proposed fire hydrants.
Additional plans are required to complete an accurate plan review of this project. If
