CONTRACTOR
Buffering from Highway 20 is required.
Section 3.02.100.F.1. states Parcels directly
adjacent to the Highway 20 right-of-way
must have buildings buffered with deciduous
two (2”) inch caliper trees at twenty (20’) feet
spacing and two (2) shrubs between trees.
International Fire code 503.1.1 (IFC 2018) requires that fire department requires access
to with-in 150' of point of the exterior of the building. The area between
the building and the Railroad tracks will need to meet requirements to allow the
Fire Trucks to drive in that area.
