Regarding the initial review comments, we provide the following responses. Please see Attachment 1 which are the initial review comments. Recomended: 1 tree per 20 feet of road frontage (1.5 inche caliper at planting), 1 shrub per 5 feet of road frontage (five gallon at planting). Groundcover should be balanced between live cover and non -living cover. Landscaping can, and is encouraged to be clustered.
