Pursuant to the initial Building Permit Application Review Comments, we hereby submit four (4)
sets of Revised Site Plans, two (2) sets of Revised Architectural Plans , two (2) sets of Electrical Plans,
two (2) copies of Plumbing Permit Application, and two (2) copies of the Fire Protection
Subcontractor's Permit Application.
Regarding the initial review comments, we provide the following responses. Please see
Attachment 1 which are the initial review comments. The Comment Number below corresponds with
that same number at Attachment 1.

ground cover to be used. Recomended: 1 tree
per 20 feet of road frontage (1.5 inche caliper at
planting), 1 shrub per 5 feet of road frontage
(five gallon at planting). Groundcover should be
balanced between live cover and non -living
cover. Landscaping can, and is encouraged to
be clustered. The above standards only help
determine the number of plants that should be
