One parking space per tenant is required. How
many tenants are proposed?

Please provide a master plan parking analysis
for the entire housing development.

Please show the location of the trash
receptacle. All trash receptacles must be
screened from the right-of-way.

Any new exterior lighting must conform to the
commercial lighting standards. Please submit
