must be screened from the right-of-way.
No more than 50% of the back yard can be
paved. 50% must be landscaped. Please
revise.
Please submit a master site plan parking
analysis for the entire housing development.
Any new exterior lighting must conform with the
commercial lighting standards. Please submit
a lighting plan for review.
The parking stalls on the west side of the lot
must be provided with a 6x20 foot backing area.
A Restrictive Lot Line Covenant (RLLC) must
be recorded prior to issuance of a building
permit for the site to be able to share parking
and accesses as proposed.

Approved Site Plan The parking stall at the north east corner of the
lot will block the use of the existing sidewalk.
We would recommend that prior to constructing
the parking lot that the condition of the water
service line be checked and that the condition
of the sewer service line also be check by a
video inspection.
