MTI representative Arrived on-site for some concrete testing. MTI rep was informed that the concrete was used to do a small
repair and was going to be concrete mixed on-site. Josh, Rep for Construction Solution directed MTI to obtain a sample to cast
only 2 sets of Cylinders that needed to show when 2000 PSI was reached. MTI rep Derrick Fontes confirmed with the Josh that
he did not want a Slump, Air, or Unit weight test. One Cylinder was to be broken at 7 days and the other cylinder was to be store
if the 7 day did not reach 2000 PSI
