The said property described as Parcel 1 and Parcel 3 is located at 1139 East 9th North in the Impact Area of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1 The East 70 rods of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, in Madison County, Idaho.
