HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOTICE 7.30.2003 - 03-00021 - American Manor Apartments - RemodelNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, July 30, 2003, at 7:50 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a Variance to the Parking ratio of 40% for compact parking stalls and 60% for full size parking stalls. The location is zoned Medium Density Residential (MDR). The said property is located at 139 South 1St East and the development is known as American Manor Apartments in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point that is North 16.5 feet from the northwest corner of lot 3 Block 50 of the original townsite of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof; thence East 330 feet; thence South 181 feet; thence West 90.75 feet; thence South 165.5 feet; thence West 66 feet; thence North 82.5 feet; thence West 16.5 feet; thence North 54 feet; thence West 156.75 feet; thence North 210 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 29th, 2003.
