Public Hearing: December 3, 2020 at 6:35 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and

Zoning Commission at 35 N 1 E, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho (#20 00606) to rezone

approximately the corner of Moody Rd and North 2 East from Light Industrial (LI) to Community
Business Center (CBC) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
Legal Description:
Situated in the State of Idaho, County of Madison, being part of section 17 township 6 north, range
40 east, of Boise Meridian, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a rebar
with an aluminum cap marking the northwest corner of section 17; Thence south 00°1107 west, a
distance of 60.50 feet to a point; Thence north 89°4356 east, a distance of 62.50 feet to a rebar
with a plastic cap set stamped, PLS 13856, marking the point of beginning; Thence north
89°4356 east, a distance of 178.00 feet to a rebar with a plastic cap set stamped PLS 13856;
Thence south 00°1107 west, a distance of 182.25 feet to a rebar with a plastic cap set stamped
PLS 13856; Thence south 89°4356 west, a distance of 178.00 feet to a rebar with a plastic cap
set stamped PLS 13856; Thence north 00°1107 east, a distance of 182.25 feet, to the point of
beginning, containing 0.74 acres of land, more or less.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on December 2, 2020. This notice is given pursuant to the
provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
