NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO AMEND THE DEVELOPMENT CODE
FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: November 19, 2020 at 6:50 pm to be held before the Rexburg Planning and
Zoning Commission (#20 00821) to amend the current DEVELOPMENT CODE (Ordinance
1200) for the City of Rexburg.
It is proposed to amend the current DEVELOPMENT CODE concerning substantive and
non-substantive items. All proposed modifications to the DEVELOPMENT CODE may be
substantive changes amending Development Code Ordinance No.1200 (by section) are
delineated below:
PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE DEVELOPMENT CODE
AMEND Transitional Agriculture (TAG) Zone Combine TAG1 and TAG2 into TAG
AMEND Section 5.03.020(A.) Removal of Permitted Accessory Uses
AMEND Section 5.03.060 Lot Width in TAG Width of not less than 250 feet.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on November 18, 2020. This notice is given pursuant to
the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
