NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday June 19, at 7:10 p.m., in the City
Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a zone
change from LI (Light Industrial) to BBD (Highway Business District).
The said property described as Tract 1 & 3 are behind 390 South 5d' West adjacent to Trejo
Street and said property described as Tract 2 is located at 390 South 5d' West in Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Tract 1
Commencing at a point 660 feet South; thence 267.5 feet West of the Northeast corner of the
Southeast quarter of Section 25 Township 6 North, Range 39 East, Boise Meridian, Madison
County, Idaho, to the true point of beginning; and running thence North 168 feet; thence West
270 feet; thence North 220 feet; thence West 448 feet; thence South 388 feet; thence East 718
feet to the point of beginning.
Tract 2
Commencing at a point 370 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, and
running thence West 267.5 feet; thence South 290 feet; thence East to the West right-of-way line
of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence Northeasterly along the right-of-way line to the point of
beginning.
Tract 3
Lot I Block 3 of the Westates Subdivision No. 1, to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State
of Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on June 18, 2003.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
