ZONE CHANGE
On April 4, 2003, Terry Bagley presented to the Rexburg City Clerk a Request and
Application for a zone change on property located at 390 South 5' West and property off
Trejo Street west of 0500 Mechanics in the City of Rexburg, said property to be changed
from Light Industrial (LI) to Highway Business District (HBD).
2. On April 3, 2003, Terry Bagley appeared before the Planning & Zoning Commission for
the City of Rexburg requesting a rezone of said property located at 390 South 5t' West
and property off Trejo Street west of 0500 Mechanics in the City of Rexburg, said
property to be changed from Light Industrial (LI) to Highway Business District (HBD). It
was recommended that this request should go to public hearing.
On April 24, 2003, the City Clerk sent the Notice of Public Hearing to be published in the
local newspaper on April 28, 2003, and May 12, 2003. A notice was posted on the
property and sent to ail property owners within 300 feet of the above mentioned property.
4. The Public Hearing scheduled for May 15, 2003, for Bagley Enterprises on property
located at 390 South 5t' West and property off Trejo Street west of 0500 Mechanics was
deferred to a later date.
On May 30, 2003, the City Clerk sent the Notice of Public Hearing to be published in the
local newspaper on June 2, 2003, and June 16, 2003. A notice was posted on the property
and sent to all property owners within 300 feet of the above mentioned property.
6. On June 19, 2003, Terry Bagley appeared before the Planning & Zoning Commission for
the City of Rexburg requesting a zone change from Light Industrial (LI) to Highway

Street west of 0500 Mechanics. It was recommend by Planning & Zoning that this
request be approved for public hearing before the City Council.
7. On June 27, 2003, the City Clerk sent the Notice of Public Hearing to be published in the
local newspaper on July 7, 2003, and July 23, 2003. A notice was posted on the property
and sent to all property owners within 300 feet of the above mentioned property.
On July 30, 2003, a request for a zone change was presented to the City Council of the
City of Rexburg on property located at 390 South 5' West and property off Trejo Street
west of 0500 Mechanics from Light Industrial (LI) to Highway Business District (HBD).
It was moved and unanimously approved that the Council take the recommendation of
Planning & Zoning and approve the requested zone change.
