NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, July 17, 2003 at 7:05 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
zone change from University Property (U) to Low Density Residential 1 (LDRI).
The said property is located at 208 E. 3rd South, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 Block 16 of the Rigby Addition
to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and running East for a distance of 110.00
feet; thence South for a distance of 144.00 feet; thence West for a distance of 110.00 feet;
thence North for a distance of 144.00 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0.36
acres more or less.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 16t1i, 2003.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.

I, Jeff Rydalch, being first duly sworn, depose and say, that
I am the business manager of the STANDARD JOURNAL,
a 3 times a week newspaper published 3 times a week in
Madison and Fremont Counties, Idaho; and I do solemnly
swear that the Hearing P&Z 208 E. 3rd South, a copy of
which notice appears attached hereto, was published in the
regular and entire issue of said newspaper, and not in any
supplement issue, once an issue thereof for two issues, the
first publication having been made on June 25, 2003 and
the last publication having been made on July 14, 2003.
Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in
said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to
legal specifications under the Idaho Statutes. that it has at
