HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOTICE 07.17.2003 - BYU-I - Rezone from University to LDR1NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, July 17, 2003 at 7:05 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a zone change from University Property (U) to Low Density Residential 1 (LDRI). The said property is located at 208 E. 3rd South, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 Block 16 of the Rigby Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and running East for a distance of 110.00 feet; thence South for a distance of 144.00 feet; thence West for a distance of 110.00 feet; thence North for a distance of 144.00 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0.36 acres more or less. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 16t1i, 2003.
